Return Policy

All returned products must be in absolute perfect and new condition, in original box with all manufacturers included accessories and free gifts. Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned within 15 days from the date merchandise was received. Items must be returned in condition received or merchandise will be returned to sender.

If you are not satisfied with you purchase, you can return your purchase, but you will be responsible for the round(twice) shipping fee and handling costs(credit card fee). 

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only allowed when the merchandise are defective or damaged upon receipt, not as you do not like product or not proper size. Email us firstly because returns without a return authorization from us will not be accepted and you can get the return address. All items can only be exchanged for replacement at the equal price. Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery. Please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.

Acceptable reasons for an exchange: size was sent/ factory defect, wrong color, or any mistake made on the part of ours.

Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors are lighter/darker than pictures, product had minor color differences from the picture, item does not fit.

If the error is not made on the part of our company. You need to pay for additional fee for any items.
